GENERAL DESCRIPTION

ICF CP2321is a piezoelectric ceramic buzzer drive circuit. There are two working modes: external oscillation capacitor makes internal oscillation and external direct input oscillation frequency.

Operating voltage ranges from 8V to 72V

The oscillation frequency can be adjusted by changing the external capacitance

Stable oscillation frequency0.1%/℃

Circuit with high resistance state, can effectively reduce the circuit power consumption, increase the loudness of the buzzer block diagram.
