GENERAL DESCRIPTION

ICF CP2301is a piezoelectric ceramic buzzer drive circuit. There are two working modes: external oscillation capacitor makes internal oscillation and external direct input oscillation frequency.

FEATURES

Operating voltage ranges from 18V to 78V

Static power consumption is small,less 2.5mA

The oscillation frequency can be adjusted by changing the external capacitance

Stable oscillation frequency 0.1%/℃

Circuit with high resistance state,can effectively reduce the circuit power consumption,increase the loudness of the buzzer block diagram.
