GENERAL DESCRIPTION

ICF CP069 is a special CMOS circuit for dc speed regulation of power tools. It has the characteristics of wide power supply voltage, low power consumption and strong anti-interference ability. Through the external resistance network, the output of the connected VMOS tube is changed to control the speed of electric tools. The circuit has wide output amplitude, small frequency change, variable duty cycle and large output current, and is widely used in various switches of electric tools.
