GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The ICF LM339 series consists of four independent precision voltage comparators. These were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

Wide supply voltage range:Series 3 to 30 VDC or±1.5 to±15 VDC

Low input offset current± 2.3nA

Offset voltage±1.4mV

Low input biasing current：25nA

Low output saturation voltage：100mV～250mV

Input common-mode voltage range includes GND

Output voltage compatible with TTL,MOS and CMOS logic systems
