GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The ICF ULN2803 is high voltage,high current darlington arrays each containing eight open collector darlington pairs with common emitters.Each channel raed at 500mA and can withstandpeak currents of 600mA Suppressiondiodesare incluede for inductive load driving andthe inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout.
